RECIPES FOR MANGE TOUT

 

MANGE TOUT SALAD

110g Organic Mange Tout, finely shredded
½ Organic Red Pepper, finely shredded
2 Tbsp Organic Olive Oil
1 Tsp Organic White Wine Vinegar

Combine all the ingredients and serve as a fresh colourful side salad.

Mange Tout are lovely either lightly steamed for 3-4 minutes or boiled briefly for approx 2 mins until tender and served immediately.

Mange Tout are delicious additions to stir fries and salads and also make a great crunchy and healthy addition to any lunch box.
